When are the Ambassadors chosen?

My friend and I signed up over a month ago to be ambassadors. And we have not heard anything from anyone since. We understand with the holidays and everything, everyone has been very busy. But if we could have someone let us know when the new ambassadors will be released that would be great! Thank you.

I have signed up for ambassadorship over 3 months ago,  believe. I think @Preetha  may be revamping the entire system.

The ambassador program is changing.  There is a revised application and some training that will be happening.  I don't know all the dates, but that start of the training is ready.  The end of the training, well, will probably wait until I get back from vacation.
