so subtract 7 from both sides
multiply both sides by 6
divide both sides by 5

i have no idea.. i used a calculator and got 8.333333.. i'm really bad at this x.x math is my least favorite subject by far. i have no idea how to do any of this to be honest since the math program im using isn't teaching us anything, it just expects us to know

           -7    -7
5/6 x   =  -10   multiply both sides by 6
 *6             *6
5x = -60          divide both sides by 5
  x = -60/5
     =
