Ok so even though this isn't an English question, I'm still going to answer it. So I have two definitions for you. Just pick which one you think it is. They don't give you the answer directly but I bet you can figure it out. ^-^ Here you go: -Yoga and Pilates: yoga is the practice of posture as exercise, good posture leads to proper muscle flexibility and full ranges of motion -Static stretching: passively taking a muscle to the point of tension and holding it, elongates and relaxes the muscle improving joint range of motion, decreases the chance of injury, improves posture, improves function prior to activity.
