The difference lies in what information the solution provides to us, with that I mean what information we get for solving a system of inequalities or equation.
When we talk about thesolution of a system of equation we want to find, a point that satisfies both equations at the same time.
And when we talk about inequalities, we talk about a REGION that contains the points that satisfies both inequalities.
