What is the other root of P(x)=0 if 3+4i is already one root?

zepdrix (zepdrix):

If we're assuming P(x) is a polynomial function then it helps to remember that complex roots always come in pairs. Conjugate pairs to be more precise.

zepdrix (zepdrix):

So if 3+4i is a root, the conjugate, 3-4i must also be a root.
