Mi casa tiene dos cuartos de baño y cuatro dormitorios.

Instead of saying "dos baños" you should say "dos cuartos de baño," since "baño" means bath. "Dos baños" means "two baths," whereas "dos cuartos de baño" means "two bathrooms."
