Help with what?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Factor 16x^2 + 49. Check your work. Find the product of (x + 9i)^2. Find the product of (x – 2i)^2. Find the product of (x + (3+5i)^)2.

I'm really stuck on it :/

OpenStudy (lasttccasey):

Factor 16x^2 + 49. Well this one happens to be easy because both the 16 and 49 are perfect squares. 16x^2+49 When you factor/unfoil, you're looking for the two numbers which multiple to get the numbers above. In this case 4x4 = 16 and 7x7=49 so, (4x+7i)(4x-7i)

oh pkay :o
