Well, @alyssajobug , I see right away that we're dealing with INTEGER values of x ONLY. "R" represents "real numbers," which certainly include fractions, and thus answers involving R must be eliminated. That eliminates answers A and B. I do not know for certain, but do guess that "W" represents "integers." If I'm right, then which answer, C or D, do you think is the correct one?

Thanks for the reminder! A question for you: does WHOLE mean the same thing as INTEGER? At first glance, I believe so.
