I need help with my works cited page on my research paper.
what help do you need on it
By works cited I am assuming you are using MLA format. While I could guide you through the process step by step. it is easier for me to just tell you how I usually do this kind of thing. First, I round up all my sources. Books, links, journals, all that stuff. Then, I use an automatic citation generator. There are a few out there, I usually use easybib for MLA or sonofacitationmachine for APA. With these citation generators you simply fill in the blanks you are given after choosing what kind of source you want to cite. The next step is that you take the works cited page, and place it inside your paper. Create a new page and center the words "Work Cited" (your teacher probably just wants them in 12 point Times New Roman font). Next, copy and paste the generated source citations that you have. Make sure they are in ALPHABETICAL order. If you use easybib, the website should do this automatically for you. Check to see if your teacher wants INLINE citations. These are fairly easy to do, but the format can change depending on what you are trying to cite. If you do need INLINE citations, I would suggest going to owlperdue, and reading up on INLINE citations. Owlperdue is probably the most comprehensive site for APA and MLA citations alike other than the actual paid reference book. Good luck!
