Okay, I've been trying for a few days now to go into the music section. It wont let me at all. I was never banned from it. Yet I'm unable to go into that one section.. Does anyone have any ideas why?

IP cluster.
Fix: on a Windows PC, open Command Prompt as Administrator.
On the black screen type    " del /f ".
Wait for it to finish. It should have cleared the cluster.

Click start; type "cmd" ; right click on the black icon and click "open as administrator".
Then type " del /f "
All done.
