taking x common x.(x-1)<0 the roots of this equation are 0 and 1. for x<0 ,this expresion will be positive. for 0<x<1 , this expression is negative. for x>1 , this expression is positive. therefore from the above results it is concluded that values of x taken for the above expression should lie between 0 and 1(0<x<1)
