Only scored 660 on SAT math, can someone help me improve my skills?

Sure, any concepts in particular you feel like you just don't "get"? Sometimes once you understand it, you don't even have to memorize a formula for it, you just know it.

I want some website where I can practice SAT and Ace it after I know how to do all type of questions instantly.

You might want to try doing Khan Academy. They have a ton of exercises there; not sure if that's what you're looking for, but it really helped me out.
