Would be log5(17) = x, Right?
Where 5 is the base.
There is a base changing formula that goes like this:

a is base, and B is the number inside. c is any real number.

Loga(B) = Logc(B)/Logc(a)

so

Log5(17) = Log10(17)/Log10(5)
