Do you know what first person means?

OpenStudy (jagatuba):

Dude? Who posts a question and then bails less than 2 minutes later?

OpenStudy (jagatuba):

Okay fine. Unguided answer. When communicating there are three types of voice that can be used; first-person, second-person, and third-person. Likewise there are three groups of people that you can refer to when communicating; yourself, other people, or the person that you are communicating with. Each voice refers to the group which is being referred to. First-person is when you speak about yourself. Pronouns like I, me, and we are used. Second-person is when you speak about other people. Pronouns like he, she, and they are used. Third-person is when you speak about the person you are talking to. The pronouns you and your are used. So if you were reading a book and it was spoken in the first person, who would be doing the speaking?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

First-person: uses the pronouns like I,me sometimes we rather than she,he .In this type of point of view, the narrator has a limited knowledge about the characters, their emotions and their personnalities.
