I'm trying to study for the asvab, and I cant figure out how to solve this equation. "Matthew currently has enough money to buy 45 toy cars. If the cost of each car was 10 cents less, Matthew could buy 5 more cars. How much money does Matthew have to spend on toy cars?"

OpenStudy (studygurl14):

C = cost of EACH car M = money matthew has \[45C \le M\] \[(45 + 5)(c - .10) \le M\]
