there in the books it talked about protocols which stands to connect devices and they called protcols , what is the structure of protocol?

I'm not clear on what you're asking exactly, but if you want to know what a protocol means in the general computing sense, it's a standard that is agreed upon collectively by an official community (e.g. IEEE 802.11 protocols on wireless communication). Agreeing on standards allows people to develop new technologies without worrying about compatibility (to a certain extent). In essence, a protocol is just a list of procedures or design criteria one has to meet in order to be compatible with an existing body of work.
