Hey. I know this isn't an English question but there is no section for it. Does anyone take Leadership Skills in Connections academy?
I just need some help to find the definitions for the following: Activation energy, "seeing the invisible", logos, pathos, ethos, and the action wheel. You don't have to tell me the definitions; you could just tell me the unit and lesson that they are in. Thank you to those that help. ^-^
So you need the Definitions for Activation energy, "seeing the invisible", logos, pathos, ethos, and the action wheel? just making sure
Yeah but they are from a leadership class so they mean something different then when you would google them.
oh ok then never mind.
Lol thanks for trying though. :)
Activation Energy- The activation energy is the difference between the energy of the reactants and the energy needed to initiate the reaction
Well, the ethos is the beginning of a speech/paper, where you establish your credentials and your central idea. Not sure what the rest of those mean though.
No david lol not chemisty or biology but thank you.
And ethos is supposed to be a persuasion strategy.
Ohhh sorry
No its cool. Thanks for trying.
Oh. I'm just telling you what I learned at school :P Although, stating your credentials might be considered persuasive in some cases.
Lol
I mean, if you were the best chef ever, and you were applying for a restaurant, and they ask why they should hire you, you could say "I once was told by a customer that I brought the flavor out in his water." or something along those lines.
Lol ok.
Should I be offended?
here: http://courses.durhamtech.edu/perkins/aris.html they explain it better than I can
YES! Thank you that's it! :D
Oh, by the way, I figured out what the action wheel was.
