People in the middle ages grew up thinking that life was supposed to be hard, and it was all work. When the Renaissance era came to, it changed the way people thought. I previously said The alte middle ages, but in reality, it was the end of the middle ages. It began in 1350 and ended in 1400, not a big era, and there are arguments as to whether or not the Renaissance was actually an advancement in culture. As opposed to everone believe life was all about work, the people of Italy Florence during the 1300's began to look works of Romans and Greeks, and they knew that earlier civilizations lived easier. They began to experience a life of leisure and entertainment. Italy had been divided up into different powerful city-states at the start of the Renaissance. Art, and other cultural excitements spread because of wealthy business men and merchants who brought forth artists into Italy. The Renaissance ended mainly because of the French's invading in Italy.
