1. Explain how Newton developed a theory to explain why the planets moved according to Kepler’s laws of planetary motion.

i couldnt find any website to help with this question.

Well, first off, Kepler's laws, have three sets of laws.
1. The orbit of every planet is an eclipse of the sun at one of the two foci.
2. A line joining a planet and the Sun sweeps out equal areas during equal intervals of time.
3. The square of the orbital period of a planet is proportional to the cube of the semi-major axis of its orbit

with the help of these he deduced the fact given by kepler regarding the orbits of revolution of the planets,their velocity ,their acceleration and their time period which was quiet in agreement with that given by kepler
