You replace a 200 W lamp with a more efficient 55 W LED lamp. If you leave your lights on 24 hours a day, how much energy are you saving each day by replacing this bulb?

Subtract 55 from 200 to get the amount of power being saved. Power is the rate of energy consumption, so energy is just power multiplied by time. You get Joules from multiplying Watts by seconds. There are 86400 seconds in one day. You can do this.
