ok in step 1 is where he messed up
Before he divides by 15b he has to isolate that variable so you have to subtract 1 from both sides first and u get 15b=29
So he did the first step wrong.
He was suppose to isolate the variable first which means he had to get 15b by itself first before divideing by 15 so he had to subtract 1 first
