a^4b + a^2b^3 Please help me with the steps. I need to Factor each polynomial completely.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

a^4b + a^2b^3 factor out a^2b a^2b(a^2 + b^2)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Are you factoring out the A^2 because of the A^4 being the same variables?

Thank you for your help in the showing me the steps.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

look at your a terms....a^4 and a^2---factor out the smallest..a^2 look at your b terms ...b and b^3---factor out the smallest..b leaving you with : a^2b(a^2 + b^2)
