one second i am checking my work

OpenStudy (addonexus):

I got 8 < x < 10

OpenStudy (addonexus):

You add 12 to both sides and then divide all the sides by two.

OpenStudy (addonexus):

That's not a possible answer for you though...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Nope qq

OpenStudy (blackops2luvr):

hola

OpenStudy (studygurl14):

4 <2x - 12 < 8 4<2x - 12 2x - 12 < 8 solve like that

jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):

confusing indeed... if it is 4 < 2x - 12 < 8 then 16 < 2x < 20 then 8 < x < 10 but obviously, as said before, that is not an option however, if you cropped it wrong or something and it was -4 < 2x - 12 < 8 then 8 < 2x < 20 4 < x < 10 tah-dah! :P if that's what happened, be more careful next time :)
