I will give a medal and fan!!

I need help with getting information on Queen Elizabeth I.

I need to know:
-Two things she did that permitted a diversity of ideas and cultural practices within England.
-Two things that she did that support culture and learning.
-Did she actively seek and promote new knowledge for England's well being?

Please help me. I’m running out of websites of information. None of them have the answers I need.

She was a rough and tough Queen, but the Arts certainly flourished under her as she eased restrictions that had once been there. I would also suggest here http://englishhistory.net/tudor/monarchs/eliz1.html

Unless it is scholarly, peer-reviewed sources you are looking for. Then I suggest hopping onto JSTOR.
