Look at the equation and think for a second. You can knock out answer choices that have y being less than x, so the first answer choice and the last answer choice aren't right. In the first equation, a negative number times a negative number gets a positive number, and you add more on to that. So, the answer choice must have x and y be positive. So, (2, 5) is correct.
