Monitor? First, you need to learn the position. They're called "moderators."

Moderators are social, kind, and caring. However, they also follow the CoC, TaS, and special moderation rules set-forth. They have a strict code, they are mature, and help everyone. However, you have to be eighteen.

Actually, the age for Ambassador (at least, back in 2012), was 13. It think they've raised it to 16.
