Having issues with my account.

My account @Taylor<3sRin is having some sort of problem. It doesn't connect to the server I suppose. I find it weird because I made this account to see if I could log on, and sure enough I could with no problems. On the account I normally use which is the one I linked earlier in this description I can still log in and exchange messages. I cannot view questions or the chat boxes. My partner in life who introduced me to this site whom I live with has tried logging on with her account and it does not work either. I was just wondering if there is something wrong with my account in general or if it is another issue entirely. Attached below is what my screen looks like when I log in.

I get the same thing. Lasts anywhere from an hour to days on end for me.

Sometimes it is browser based. Sometimes it is IP based. sometimes it is account based.

and ALL the time there aren't any real good ways to fix it.

Switched Browsers, I'm on the same IP, so it must be account based.

VERY rarely does clearing the browser cache work. more often than not, OS just skews with your account so you can't load anything. I have gone on multiple long term hiatuses for this reason.

OS has many of these unexplainable bugs and glitches. These problems usually fix themselves but sometimes closing the browser entirely and then reopen it does the trick. Also try another browser, rebooting the computer, clearing the cache.
You could try and contact the administrators, they are usually able to fix these things with some magic. You can contact them by emailing to contact@openstudy.com

@thomaster , this one has basically no fix. I've asked Shadowfiend and Preetha, they just tell me to wait it out. It's possible they don't love me enough though.

I say just give this matter some time. MAYBE it might be resolved, nobody can say for sure but yeah must be a glitch. its happened to me before.
