All you want to do is approximate about where that point of intersection lies. So You know the x coordinate is in the positive plan (right side of graph). This eliminates choices A and C. We also can see the intersection is in the positive y coordinate (top of graph), however this does not eliminate any choices. We then can see that the tick marks that mark off the access increase by one and that the intersection in the x coordinate lies between 1 and 2. Noticing this means the only option is that the answer is choice B. We can also see that the y coordinate for this choice is .5 and in fact the intersection lies between 0 and 1, making this a viable choice for the point of intersection.
