What inequality does this number line show? 3 4 5 6 7 8 Write your answer starting with x (for example, x<3).

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I cannot see the number line? (The question is unanswerable without it).

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok one sec

@GotFinals?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

$$x\ge7$$ Note: A filled-in circle includes the number it is located on. \((\ge,\le)\) An open circle does not include the number it is located on. \((>,<)\) The graph was: |dw:1389175060471:dw| Thus: X must be greater that 7. Since the circle is filled, X must be greater or equal to seven.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

"We want to write an inequality that says x can be anything shown by the arrow and circle. The filled-in circle located on 7 means that x can be equal to 7. The arrow pointing to the right means that x can be any number greater than 7. Since x can be any number greater than or equal to 7, the inequality is x≥7."

did u log off @GotFinals?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I did not, "log in"?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

when i put the link it would make you logged in @GotFinals?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Nope... You see, a website normally uses something called cookies to create a session that you can use, normally each account has a different type cookie, when you send someone a link, they do not have access to your cookies. i.e. If I wanted to log into your account I cannot, since I do not have your username or password, note you should never give those out.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i don't only family lol and i typed it in and it was \[x \ge3\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I presume our graph's may have been different... Again, I do not see what you see, next time try taking a [PRTSC] of the graph and uploading it here.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

Good luck studying :-).
