So first you want to fill out the table for the equation x+y = 7. So that means plug in the value for x in the X column and solve for Y's value and fill that in. Next once that is done to solve the Main Equation 3x+4y = 24. Do the same as above to fill in this table. Once both tables are filled out you should be able to notice that there will be a point in which the two equations share the same x,y solution this point will be your answer.
