Annie walks 15 feet away from her house and places a mirror on the ground. She backs 4 feet away from the mirror so that she can see the tip of the roof. Annie's eyes are 5 feet above the ground. The angles between the top of the house, the mirror, and the ground and between Annie's eyes, the mirror, and the ground are congruent as shown in the image (attached):

the lesson was very vague, I'm not sure how to prove this type of problem. Obviously there are two congruent angles but I'm not sure if I can assume that the other angles are right?

@Euler271 can you help me?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I know that I can prove by angle angle similarity, and the second part is easy after that. But, can I assume that the angles that appear to be right are right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you can assume that the angle annie makes with the ground is right and also the house with the ground. |dw:1389205317858:dw|
