please help!! for the parallelogram, if m∠2=4x-24 and m∠4=3x-8, find m∠3. (diagram not to scale)

well you know opposite angles in a parallelogram are equal...

so

means 2 = 4

or

4x - 24 = 3x -8

solve for x..

then you can calculate the size or angles 2 or 4 by subsituting

and then

angle 3 is supplementary (adds to 180) to angle 2 or 4... depends on how you look at the diagram
