Please retype your question. By sin0, do you mean the sine of 0, or do you mean the sine of theta? By (-) do you mean (=) or do you mean negative? is that +1/3 or -1/3? Question is too ambiguous to answer in its present form.

well its a 3rd quadrant angle.. you know in the triangle... from sin(0) that the opposite side is -1 and the hypotenuse is 3 so use pythagoras to find the 3rd side in the triangle... and you'll need to negative solution... the side you've just found will be the adjacent side... then use tan = opp/adj hope it helps
