for the one in the museum, the museum was about to close and the woman was the last visitor. the penguin saw the shiny jewelry and decided to rob her. The penguin originally entered the museum bc he wanted to steal artifacts. batman saves her . lol im thinking how weird it is that i remember this from like 4 years ago when i watched the cartoons .
