How are proteins, lipids, and polysaccharides similar? I think it is something to do with their atomic make up. Can anyone help me out please?

the question is kinda vague. there are quite a few things that they have in common, such as their presence in living organisms. If it's to do with their elemental distribution, as you suspect, you can talk about how they are made from (mostly) C, N, O and H.
