The cerebellum is responsible for motor control, balance, and coordination. We need all of these things, in order to play piano and/or perform gymnastics.

Cerebellum. But lets say there is not any extensive physical damage to the cerebellum, just damage to the cranium, no punctures or fractures, there then could be some type of damage to the frontal cortex, orbitofrontal cortex(cognitive damage) or parietal lobe.
