PLEASE REALLY URGENT Chelsea left the white house and traveled towards the capital at an average speed of 34 km/h. Jasmine left at the same time and traveled in the opposite direction with an average speed of 65 km/h. Find the number of hours Jasmine needs to travel before they are 59.4 km apart. PLEASE GIVE AN EXPLANATION PLEASE REALLY URGENT

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

If they are traveling in opposite directions, the speed at which they separate is the sum of the two speeds, right?

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

To find the time to travel a given distance, use the rate formula\[d = r * t\]where \(d\) is distance, \(r\) is speed, and \(t\) is time \(d = 59.4 \text{ km}\) and \(r = \) combined speed in km/hr
