@ZambieMan When trying to estimate answers it is always best to change fractions to the nearest whole numbers. So for 7 1/12 that would be 7. Now it will be easy to figure how many times 1 1/3 goes into 7 by just figuring some low numbers times 1 1/3 in our head. 3 times 1 1/3 is 4 while 6 times 1 1/3 is 8 so we know the answer is between 3 and 6 and the only choice you have that is between those two numbers is 4 , so that is the choice to make. The actual quotient would be 5 5/16 and of the numbers given 2,4,9,and 7, 4 is the closest one to that answer
