Problem is I have no evidence to support... Lol.
You could find some. You could mention how many people die from tabacco a year, the harmful things in it, etc. I could find you some websites.
I believe that they should ban them from the premises because if someone in the school is affected by the smoke, allergic, asthmatic, etc, it could cause serious problems, lawsuits, and death.
That could be your starting point =)
