I know this isnt a homework related question, but my mom wants to turn the internet off at like 9:00, and i i keep asking her not to , but she wants to know why, i cant tell her the real Reason, so can someone help me think of a good excuse?

And you can say that you're doing homework on the computer, you can say that you're helping kids study and show her this site, you can say that you're studying in general, etc.

well the  reason i say is so i can stay up and play a game watch netflix , but the real reason is to stay up and talk to a guy i like ;-;

I understand what you're dealing with. Never would I be able to tell my mom that I want to stay up to talk to a guy I like, she'd absolutely flip. Your best bet is to explain to her that you were assigned this project where you had to do research for whatever your studying right now in a random class or you can be like "I want to make flash cards for a study group we're doing in class tomorrow." Let me know if you need any other ideas. I've dealt with this type of thing before. hahaha

hmm...you can show her a link to some documentary you want to watch tonight! Does that sound stupid? I'm not sure. but possibly find a link on youtube that is possibly discussing something you're going over in class or whatnot and show it to her and tell her that you really would like to finish watching it tonight so you can show it to your teacher in the morning.
