OpenStudy (amberlykhan):

How do you figure out the 119th odd natural(whole) number?

OpenStudy (superdavesuper):

Easiest way is probably do a search online for it. Good luck :)

OpenStudy (ranga):

The nth odd natural number is: 2n-1 If you put n = 1, you get the first odd number: 1 If you put n = 2, you get the second odd number: 3 .... If you put n = 119, you get the 119th odd number: 2*119 - 1 = 237

OpenStudy (superdavesuper):

Thank @ranga i somehow mis-read the odd number to prime number :( n hence the suggestion to google it.
