HEELPP PLEAASEE!!!! What is the sum of the arithmetic sequence 149,135,121,..., if there are 28 terms?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

figure out what the sequence is (in this case it is subtract 14) and then find the sum of all those numbers

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so i just add to the 28th term?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

subtract i mean

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah pretty much. Im sure there is probably a formula for it if you google it, but I dont know it, sorry

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no, add

OpenStudy (anonymous):

149 + 135 + 121 + 107 + 93 + 79....... to 28 terms

OpenStudy (anonymous):

till the 28th term right ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

why did you put 93 there?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

107 - 14 = 93

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so then you add them all up?
