Identify the correct x intercept and y intercept of the equation x - 2y = 8. x intercept = (8, 0); y intercept = (0, 4) x intercept = (8, 0); y intercept = (0, -4) x intercept = (-8, 0); y intercept = (0, -4) x intercept = (-2, 0); y intercept = (0, 8)

Okay, so what you want to do first is get either the x or the y by itself. The intercept is going to be the value that is on the other side of the equation that is not connected with a variable. sooooo, x=8+2y, + 8 is going to be thus your x intercept… repeat for y

hence option 2 would be the answer

x intercept = (8, 0); y intercept = (0, -4) @104Horses
