I think something wrong with that one 'cause Transgenic Plants are plants having foreign DNA incorporated into their cells.

Basically meaning genetically modified plants. I think it's A. I mean, we create them through manipulation in engineering, but to propagate them we use cloning. Not sure though. Petite might have a different opinion. We're discussing it.
