If a user is 10 then they're clearing going against policy. Last I remember you need to be 13+ to use this site. As for everything being said, pm preetha, or submit abuse report on the user.

if any user, be it an ambassador or a moderator like me, uses bad language anywhere on OpenStudy or behaves rudely, all you need to do is report that user once with proper comments.
