I have been surprised at the fact that when people get a bit to offensive sometimes i try telling mods and ambassadors however none are online which makes me scared as their language used is quiet disturbing

Also other users join in and think it is funny by seeing someone using offensive language, this is very vital issue on openstudy which i have seen many times

Always use the report abuse option on the particular post. It would be recorded among the mods.

@kainui, you can block people, but it doesn't make you not see their chats, it just makes you not able to fan them or message them, and they can't fan/message you either. Not much of a point to it, but #yolo.

Right, a step often taken is the Report Abuse button which sends a notification to mods through email. Although that is the best way, over the past few months, my emails have not been coming to my email to inform me on OS. Another way which would probably be more helpful at this time is to block them. But still report abuse because a mod might come on later to check out the situation.
