You could actually take out a ruler and measure the three sides. You'll find them to be all different. Which is smallest? Which is largest? Which is in the middle?

Another approach would be to find the third angle of this given triangle. The longest side is opposite the largest angle. The shortest side is opposite the smallest angle. Happy now?
