It's called that "arctangent" function, what @StudyGurl14 is thinking of. You know \(\tan(\theta)=1.19\). What you can use is \(\tan^{-1}(1.19)=\theta\).
Wolframalpha.com makes it easy to just type in what you want to calculate! And it gives you more information. It's great.
