The length of a rectangle is three times its width. If the perimeter is at most 112 centimeters, what is the greatest possible value for the width? Write an inequality to model the problem. (Points : 1) 2w + 2 • (3w) ≥112 2w + 2 • (3w) < 112 2w + 2 • (3w) > 112 2w + 2 • (3w) ≤112

The problem has to be at the most 112 or equal to it. That kicks out B and C for not being equal. Can you narrow it down from here?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i believe since it says 3 times its width then tht would make it greater so would it possibly be A

Correct :)
