OpenStudy (judygreeneyes):

If you are saying, just add the number 10 as an individual number, then in the diagram, the bar for the number 1 will now have 4 digits, right, the bottom one being 0 (to represent 10), and the median will now be 20, and the mean is 21.8.

oh ok thx

OpenStudy (judygreeneyes):

So both the mean and median went down, from mean = 22.6 and median = 23.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A. The mean is decreased by about 0.7 and the median is decreased by 2. B. The mean is decreased by about 0.7 and the median is decreased by 3. C. The mean is decreased by about 1.2 and the median is decreased by 2. D. The mean is decreased by about 1.2 and the median is decreased by 3. these r the answers thoe @judygreeneyes

OpenStudy (judygreeneyes):

Probably (B). It can depend on rounding.

OpenStudy (judygreeneyes):

Yes, the difference in the means is 0.74 and for the median is 3.
